About Us

Hi, I'm Jill Adamski — and I'm So Glad You're Here

Welcome to Keep Baby Well, a parenting blog dedicated to helping moms, dads, and caregivers navigate the beautiful, exhausting, and endlessly rewarding journey of raising a healthy baby.
I'm Jill — a parenting blogger, mom, and your go-to guide for everything baby wellness. Whether you're up at 2 a.m. Googling why your newborn won't sleep, wondering when to start a nap schedule, or just looking for a voice that actually gets what you're going through — you've found the right place.

What Is Keep Baby Well About?

Keep Baby Well is your trusted resource for evidence-informed baby care tips, with a special focus on:
  • Baby sleep — sleep training, nap schedules, sleep regressions, and everything in between
  • Baby health & development — what's normal, what's not, and when to call your pediatrician
  • New parent support — practical, realistic advice that works in the real world (not just in parenting books)
Every post on this blog is written with one goal in mind: to help you raise a happy, healthy baby — while actually surviving the process yourself.

Why I Started This Blog

Like most new parents, I was overwhelmed. I had a thousand questions, a mountain of conflicting advice, and very little sleep. I searched for answers that were honest, backed by research, and written by someone who truly understood what the early months of parenthood feel like from the inside.
I couldn't always find that — so I created it.
Keep Baby Well was born out of my own parenting journey and my passion for breaking down complex child health topics into content that's easy to read, easy to trust, and easy to actually use.

Who Is This Blog For?

This blog is for parents of babies from birth through the first year — though many of the topics covered are helpful well into toddlerhood. You'll find Keep Baby Well especially useful if you're:
  • A first-time parent feeling overwhelmed by the information overload
  • Struggling with baby sleep and looking for a clear, calm path forward
  • Looking for a reliable parenting resource you can actually trust
  • Simply wanting reassurance that you're not alone in this

A Note on My Content

I'm a parenting blogger, not a medical professional. The content on Keep Baby Well is intended for informational and supportive purposes only. For any health concerns about your baby, always consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider.
That said, I take research seriously. Every post is carefully written to reflect current, trustworthy guidance — because your baby deserves nothing less.
